Beef

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat with a little peanut oil.
Add the onion and garlic and stir until the garlic turns golden.
Remove the cooked onion and garlic from the pan and keep warm.
Season the beef slices with salt and black pepper.
Stir-fry the beef in batches until well browned and cooked through, removing each batch.
Add chilis, carrot, soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, and scallions to the wok and stir-fry until vegetables are lightly browned.
Return the cooked onion, garlic, and beef to the wok and toss together until heated through.
Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the stir-fry and serve.
