Dinner

Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
Combine flour, olive oil, salt, and the yeast-water mixture.
Knead the dough for 15 minutes, adding more flour until no longer very sticky.
Coat the dough with a little oil and place it into a large bowl.
Cover dough and let rise for 45 minutes until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Gently deflate the dough to eliminate air bubbles.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough into a rounded pizza crust.
Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle onion, red pepper, salt, oregano, and black pepper.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and mushrooms.
Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
Cut into 8 slices and serve.
