Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add minced garlic and cook about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Place mushrooms cup side up in the skillet and cook 3–5 minutes until they start shrinking, moving occasionally.
Add white wine and cook until the wine and mushroom juice evaporate (about 3 minutes).
Pour in heavy cream and chicken bone broth, add a generous pinch of salt, reduce to medium, and cook until the liquid is slightly thickened, flipping mushrooms occasionally.
Sprinkle Parmesan over the mushrooms and stir gently until the cheese melts; taste and add more salt if desired.
Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, combine well with the mushroom mixture, and transfer to a serving plate.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and garnish with chopped parsley; add more grated Parmesan if desired.
