Dessert

Place 220 g plain flour in a mixing bowl.
Make a well in the flour.
Add 2 eggs, 2 tbsp oil or melted butter, a pinch of salt and a little milk into the well.
Mix by hand, slowly combining the liquid with the flour to form a thick paste.
Continue mixing while gradually adding the remaining milk to avoid lumps.
Let the batter rest for several hours.
Heat a non-stick crêpe pan or skillet to the correct temperature (test with a drop of water).
Grease the pan with some butter.
Pour some batter into the pan and tilt to spread it as thin as possible.
Cook 30–60 seconds until set, then flip and cook the other side.
Serve with sugar, jam, sauces or other fillings (sugar, raspberry jam, chocolate sauce, Nutella, banana, hazelnuts, whipped cream, caramel, butterscotch, frangipane, peanut butter, strawberries, cream cheese, brown sugar, or savoury fillings such as chicken, broccoli and cheese sauce).
